Refunds are requested and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your confirmation email.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Paddle’s policy commits to processing within 14 days of approval.
Refunded licences are deactivated.
Cancelling stops future payments from the end of your current billing period.
