Get help from inside the plug-in
Flexlio has a built-in Support tab, open the plugin and look for Support in the Setup section. From there:
Copy support report
One click copies your version number and the full session log, everything we need to diagnose most issues from a single message. It never includes your images or artwork, only what happened during your session.
Export master structure
If we ask how your masters are built, select the frame on canvas and export. It sends layout structure only, names, sizes, padding, fonts, colours, never your images.
Copy the support report, paste it into an email to us, and that's normally all we need.
Paste your copied support report into the email and send it to the address above. Most issues get diagnosed from that one message.
